After some localized flooding, I needed some cleanup work and expertise to discover the source of the leak, and suggest remediation. I worked with 3 companies, but Alliance stood out as the best for me. Jose came by, did an inspection and gave me a game plan. When the team arrived 2 days later, I was floored by how professional, polite and competent they were. They worked fast, minimized noise and mess, and put my mind at rest that this was easily solved. We had Greg and his team out last year to remediate several parts of our home. The pricing was quite fair compared to others. Gregs company was a god send because most mold companies do not remediate mold the proper way. But this company does and follows the proper protocols. We moved out of the house during the duration of the remediation. When we finally moved back in the home my husband said his breathing was significantly better. (We never knew mold could have caused that). My son was very sick due to mold in my home and we are still working on detoxing him from toxic mold exposure. However, I at least know my home is drastically safer than it was before and is a home he can safely heal in. Overall , thank you Greg for your patience and understanding in our journey.
