Typically, most mold remediation projects involve establishing a Remediation Plan, followed by 6 basic remediation project elements:

  1. Identify and correct the source of the moisture;
  2. Set up containment;
  3. Establish negative air pressure;
  4. Remove contaminated materials;
  5. Clean all surfaces;
  6. Perform post remediation inspection.
